I am looking for a roommate situation in Arlington, preferably within walking distance of the metro. I’m sadly leaving my current living situation in Ballston because our landlord has decided to sell the home. My lease will end on August 1st, but I am willing to move as early as July 1st. With that said, I am hoping to find a roommate or roommates who value communication, respect the living environment, and do their best to keep common areas tidy. A plus would be a roommate who would be happy to watch reality TV over wine, find a cool new happy hour spot, or grab coffee once in a while!
