Hi! I’m starting a career in underwriting at UWM and I’m looking to move somewhere closer to the job.

• I try to keep common areas clean enough to have company over without too much work, so pretty clean, and I prefer roommates with similar standards. I’m more concerned with gross stuff than regular mess though, so papers stacking up everywhere are fine as long as food isn’t rotting.
• I don’t expect to have guests over frequently but I would like to host the occasional dinner party or small gathering.
• I miss my dogs already and I haven’t even moved out yet. If you have pets, I would love to help care for them.
• I sleep pretty soundly, so I’m not too concerned if you stay up a little later or use a loud noise machine.
• some of my hobbies: climbing, hiking, board games, ttrpgs, reading, going to museums. If we’d be friends that’s a huge plus, but I’m also fine to just be friendly.
• I love cooking and I’m happy to share! That’ll probably be a mostly one-way street too, as I’m (basically) vegan.
• smoke-free indoors strongly preferred.
