Hi, my name is Mike and I’m currently looking for a place out of necessity. The current place I’m at was with two other roommates, one was an elderly man who passed and the other tenant got evicted two months ago and I’m not able to afford the entire rent on my own. I’m an introvert who usually stays to themselves and I work overnight at Walmart from 10pm-7am. I’m a very quiet, clean, respectful person who is socially awkward at times lol. I’m even willing to pay for a background and credit score check if need be. I’m a homebody other than when I take my weekly walk around Forsyth Park and the downtown area. I’m not a fan of drama of any kind and typically get along with everyone. I’m looking for more of a long term agreement but am willing to go through a probationary period to prove I would never be a problem. I’ve been at my current address for almost 7 years with no issues paying rent on time and keeping a clean house. Thank you for your time and consideration.
