I’m RICA,

a working, young, professional from Washington, DC whom recently moved to Atlanta, GA for more opportunities in the Transportation industry.

I’m seeking to room with other professionals in a safe, quiet, lgbt friendly home to save and eventually move into my own place. I prefer to stay near the Dobbins Air Force/The Battery area for work commute.

• I work 2 jobs Monday-Friday 630am-12pm then I return home to nap then back to work 5pm-9pm or later.
• Entrepreneur a goal of rebuilding my freight business as a truck driver
• Music artist that prefers to record at home but it’s not a necessity (courteous of noise levels and others)
• pay rent on time/early
