Me and my boyfriend are looking to rent a room with our 2 cats. We’re both quiet and clean up after ourselves. I have a child, shes 8 and very well-behaved. I’d love to have her at the house/spend some nights with me if possible. We both work full time and don’t drink or do drugs. (We smoke cigarettes and are 420 friendly but have no issues with smoking outside.)

Both of the cats are fixed, one male and one female. They aren’t really used to other animals but could possibly adjust.
