Hello! I’m coming off of living in my van on the road for a year and looking forward to settling down again. I’ve lived in Fort Collins before, but previous to moving into my van I was living in Alaska for about 10 years.

I work remotely from home, so I will be home a lot - but I try to break things up with visits to coffee shops co working spaces etc.

My standards for a home are that things stay pretty clean - occasionally my room will be a disaster, or the living room may need to explode while packing for a trip or adventure. I’m easy going with all of that and ask that you be, too!

I’m almost 40, so I’m probably not looking to share space with undergrads - students, I love you and I used to be you and I don’t think we’ll make great roomies right now! Would consider an older grad student.

My best living experiences have happened when my roomie/s and I are friends but allow each other plenty of space to do our own thing. Heavy on the communication and checking in frequently at first to make sure we’re all comfortable.

My ideal situation is finding 1 or 2 people to team up with and move into a space together at the same time.
