I retired early and am taking online classes now. Because I’m retired, my income is fixed and reliable.
I’m very clean, quiet and respectful. I communicate easily and have great references from friends, family, and neighbors and landlords. I don’t smoke or drink and while I prefer sober living, I don’t mind if you have an occasional drink. Just no smoking please. I enjoy good coffee, relaxing on the beach, hanging out with friends, swimming, road trips, and I love to garden and read.
