Hi, I’m a 32 yr old male MD currently working in a Columbia, SC hospital looking for a room or share an apartment/house. I can easily exceed the stated budget and cover more than half of the expenses if the match is right for us including I will pay for weekly house cleaning. Ideally, it would helpful if my roommate is in a medical occupation, i.e. nurse, NP, tech, therapist, MD student etc., since it will help for us to relate. I’m easy going.
