Freshly graduated automation engineer (Chico State) looking for a temporary spot (summer) for just myself and maybe my two cats. Trying to scope out / save up enough from my new job with a local company to find a permanent place for my pregnant wife and I.

I would like the opportunity for her to visit once in a while (no drama/adult-activities). I would also like to, maybe, bring my two cats with me to make it easier on her (they are well-behaved but sadly do not play well with others). I am unfortunately a cigarette smoker, though I am actively trying to quit and only smoke outside (happily off-property if need be).

My work schedule would have me leaving early in the morning (5:30-6:30am) and returning in the early evening (4-7pm), via my mid-sized pickup. Time at home would be spent quietly catching up on some much needed video games and movies, or out exploring my new surroundings. Love to be social, though equally happy keeping to myself. Friend of any race, creed, religion, sexuality, gender identity / lack thereof, and ideology.

In short, I worked my butt off to get to this point and am more than happy to be an accommodating roommate while I establish some new roots. I consider myself a people person but also value an individual’s privacy. If you want a friend, I’m there. If you want a nice, quiet, and responsible tenant, I’m also there. None of these have to be mutually exclusive either! Sensible tenant looking for equally sensible roomie(s)!
