Hi! Looking to move into an apartment in Redlands or that general area soon. I’m flexible on the move in time as my current living situation is flexible. I just have to move since my landlady’s family member is returning back home this summer and space is limited.

I have a medium sized dog, and I am allergic to cats. I work full time with a remote professional office job. I need either a larger room or a second room due to working from home. I would only have guests dropping by infrequently or never. I’m quiet, clean, and responsible.

LGBTQ+ friendly. Drug/alcohol/substance free. I would be home a lot and have the common home hobbies like video games and reading, but I also like to go out sometimes for activities like playing racket sports and walking my dog. There’s more to say but I will leave it there for now.
