Elderly married Male couple looking for a safe place to rent. Been married over 20 years and retired from Disney world in Orlando. We are very clean and quiet and respectful. Stay to ourselves mostly, never have guests ( except once per month my sister comes over to help me with shopping trip) I cook gourmet meals three times a week or more and will keep your kitchen sparkling clean. Always have xtras to share. Stable income and never late with rent. No need for vehicle space as we urber or bus everywhere we go. Let me know if still available we are 83 and 63 year old and retired so our income is stable and we are never late with rent. Never had any eviction.
