Hello. Im willing to be flexible on the rent but I am looking for something around $400 or lower. I’m quiet and a home body. I try to do my fair share of the cleaning, and do what I can to keep things tidy. Respectful communication is key with me, in which I wish to resolve conflicts before they become an ongoing issue. Treat me well and I’ll reciprocate. I do have a cat that goes where I go.
