I’m a graphic designer working full-time. I live very quietly (usually watch tv with headphones in, lol). Usually in bed by 10-10:30 and out the door by 8am. I don’t smoke, I don’t have kids, I don’t party, looking for someone, preferably a professional, either male or female, fairly similar to how I live. I usually keep to myself and really just use the bedroom and kitchen. I am in need of a bedroom that DOES have a bathroom attached, whether it be the master bedroom or not. Laundry and Wifi as well. I wouldn’t need any tv services as I have my own. Preferably northern Fresno, 93720, 93711, etc area but can move somewhere near those areas as well. Pretty much north of Herndon and east of Palm if possible. I’m 48 but I’m a young 48. Please, no alcoholics.
