Hello, I’m a 56 year old female currently residing in Little Rock AR- moved from Tacoma WA. Shared housing in Tacoma same location for over 3 years. I have a reliable reference. Relocated here but am finding it’s not the environment that I expected.

Wanting to secure a house share $625 - $750 including utilities. I don’t care about cable. I have a slightly over 7 pound Deer Chihuahua who is almost 11 years old. Willing to pay a small additional deposit for him. Prefer a room without carpet if possible. Hopefully big enough for me to add a desk set up, would like to work remotely.

I do not smoke but do vape - no drug use and vaped outside previously at my Tacoma shared house. I’m clean/respectful/follow house rules and pay my rent on time. Could not relocate until at least the middle of May due to possible winter travel. I am not currently employed but will be having a local recruiter looking for an employment position for me. However I have funds to cover my expenses in the meantime.

Must be either LGBT or accepting. Looking for a clean respectful and safe environment. No scams! If you’re the owner I will verify. Only serious inquiries will receive a response. Would require a legal lease. Also not looking for any weird relationships! Just looking for an honest house share.
