I’m looking for someone to find a place with or move into an existing one.

A bit about myself… I work full-time overnights and will be going back to school online soon. I’m chill, quiet, and keep to myself most of the time but am also friendly and easygoing. I want learn more about cooking and don’t mind sharing sometimes. In my free time, I enjoy lifting weights, starting a plant collection, and playing video games.

I’m clean and routine-driven. I like having a structured space and prefer to live with people who take care of shared areas. I also appreciate roommates who communicate and are considerate. Being upfront about things and respecting each other’s space makes for a much better living situation!

What I’m looking for in a living situation: A longer lease. I prefer my own bathroom. Preferable budget of $600 but slightly flexible. Safety for both myself and my car is an absolute must. Quiet place, especially during the day as I work nights. Prefer one roommate but open to two in a house (max 3 people total). A backyard would be nice, but I’m flexible on that. Clean roommates who pick up after themselves. I do my part and would much prefer the same in return. Move-in timeframe: Within the next two months. I can provide references upon request!
