Hi! I’m Luis Lascano. I recently graduated from Georgia Tech. Given a banking job opportunity in Miami I’m planning on moving there.

I’m a chill person who likes to keep things clean and often prefer quality over quantity. I love to cook and always make sure to leave the kitchen clean.

I already own all the necessary furniture for my bedroom; so definitely looking for an unfurnished room.

I’m looking for a roommate to hang out with from time to time if possible; but that also has their own space and occupations.

In terms of what I can bring to the table…

I’m ready to make our apartment feel cozy and modern. If you want tranquility and silence; I’m the one because when at home most probably you will find me preparing myself a smoothie or coding with headphones in my room.

Restrictions:

Own bathroom is a must. No smoking, No drugs Allergic to cats

Last but not least; I would prefer (but not limited to) roommates that live with their partners since this would give the possibility (in case it happens) to also bring someone to live with me as a couple.
