Hi, my name is Audra🌻 I’m a 25 year old therapist (soon to be 26 in June…Gemini girlie lol), and I’ve recently been accepted to Pepperdine’s doctoral program in clinical psychology!🙏🏽 I’m so grateful and excited to continue my professional journey but I need a female roommate, preferably in her twenties, to split the cost of rent and utilities! I’m trying to keep my apartment/condo search within the west Los Angeles area (leaning toward Brentwood, Westwood, Culver City, Century City, or El Segundo) to be close to my campus. My budget is around $1600, and I’m planning to move at the end of July since the semester doesn’t start until September.

I would consider myself an introvert with extrovert tendencies depending on the situation and how comfortable I am with people. I hope to form a solid friendship with my roommate rooted in trust, kindness, communication, and lots of laughs! However, I’m also a huge advocate of respecting boundaries and use alone time to recharge my social battery. I’m an animal lover through and through but would prefer not to have a roomie with a pet, due to the high demands of my studies/schedule (there’s room to change my mind, depending on the individual situation though). I do have a history of breathing issues so my preference is to have a roomie who doesn’t smoke. I have nothing against those who enjoy a few drinks to unwind after a long day;) but no heavy drinkers, please. Even though I’m not a party person I do enjoy going out with close friends occasionally. Not much of a gourmet cook but I know enough to survive💁🏽‍♀️ I’m organized, clean, dependable, and just want the place to feel safe and comforting. Some activities I enjoy include watching movies, playing video games, listening to music, chilling at the beach, and going to theme parks (if the budget allows lol). My classes do start pretty early in the morning so praying that doesn’t bother my future roomie! I’m not a morning person so if I accidentally wake you from your beauty sleep I sincerely apologize and feel your pain. I probably won’t be able to stay up too late during the week anymore sigh but if you stay up later it shouldn’t bother me.
