Hi! I’m looking for 1-2 roommates in West LA to move in soon - May would be ideal. I’ll be working at UCLA as a lab assistant so I’m looking to room with folks also in their 20s. 2bd or 3bd preferred and I’m good moving to a pre-existing or new place. My budget for rent is around $1500/month and lower is generally better. I’d like to have laundry onsite, kitchen essentials/dishwasher preferred, and natural light preferred. I’m pretty chill when it comes to living in the space but expect to keep the place clean and have open communication/respect! I love cooking/baking (might have leftovers…), reading/movies/concerts, hiking, tennis/basketball, etc.
