Hi, I’m Eric. As a roommate, I’m super easy to work with and happy to jump into any chores routines or household norms, don’t take criticism personally, etc. I like occasionally going to shows and partying but I’m not expecting to have late night crowds and high volumes - I’m completely fine with whatever happens at home as long as sleep schedules and the space are respected; not looking to live in a complete party dump. Steady finances, no worries there ever. In sum, good natured, mature dude that still knows how to have fun looking for others who enjoy life and who also want enjoy a comfortable home!
