Hello, I am a 28 yo working professional looking for a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment to share with another housemate. I am looking for something around South Natomas, the lower side of Sacramento (West Sac - Elk Grove), or Midtown/ Downtown area.

I am also happy at my current place and would love to find someone who would want to take over my current housemate’s lease. If interested in that option, here are the details:

🛏️ 1 bedroom w/ a private bathroom in a 1035 sq ft apartment on the 2nd floor.

🗓️ Move-in date: June 17 but hoping to finalize paper work by May 17.

🚗 Just a short 8-10 minute drive from Downtown Sacramento and 20 minutes from Sacramento State University.

💸 Rent: $950 + utilities (usually around $50-80 depending on usage).
