I need a affordable basement to live in with my kids. My partner will come and take care of kids when I go to work but won’t live with us other than that I am with kids all the time. I am very friendly but that talkative though. Very clean and tiny person. I work on Virginia hospital for like 8 years as a technician. Just going through some hard phase of life so need a shared house or room or anything who don’t have problem with kids. Dogs/ cats friendly. Pays everything on time won’t have hard time on paying rent on time. Other when we share of we share we can know about each other. I respect the quiet people as well who don’t like talking much.
