To give you a bit of information about me. I am a single 50-year-old man and a homeowner in south Orange County. I have an office in Fresno on W. Shaw Ave that I have to go two multiple times a month. I am looking for a place to basically safely park a car at night and have quiet nights to sleep while I work in town.

The ideal place that I am looking for would allow me to come up for the time that I am working on site (usually no more than 10 to 14 days a month) and return home the rest of the month and almost all weekends. I get up early and go to gym/work and would like to have a quiet place to sleep. Other than that, if a washing machine is available and or wifi, that would be a plus but not a deal breaker.

The rest of the time I would be at my own home down south.
