I am a 33 year old business owner of a production/media company and work half remote half in studio. I am easy going without any animals but am not against renting with someone who has pets (I love animals, just don’t have the time for one). I am single. I rarely drink but if I do it’s a glass of wine. I don’t do drugs and not into the party scene. I like staying active and enjoy going to the gym 6 days a week. I wake up at 8am and usually am in bed by 11pm-12am. I get along with just about everyone and am respectful of living and common areas. I am very clean and really cannot stand a dirty bathroom.
