• I’m not a smoker, but I do vape, strictly nicotine.
• No drugs except prescribed medication.
• Weed isn’t my thing, but I’m cool if it’s yours.
• No pets or guests around, and no kids.
• I’m totally fine with pets, even exotic ones like goats or tarantulas. I used to have fancy rats as pets myself!
• I’m not a big drinker, hardly ever at home.
• Got a small, reliable car and a valid driver’s license.
• Clean, quiet, and respectful.
• I’m an introvert but enjoy good chats.
• Great at communicating; open to constructive feedback.
• Politically left-leaning; diversity is celebrated.
• I work from home as a freelance artist, with some family support.
• Never missed a rent payment, ever.
• Won’t tolerate bigotry or discrimination.

WHAT I’M SEARCHING FOR:

• Looking for a room around $800/month (preferably closer to $650).
• Furnished or not, doesn’t matter.
• Haunted or not, I’m not fussed.
• Washer/dryer access would be nice but not a deal-breaker.
• Open to special situations, like helping out with groceries or driving.
• Preferably in St. Petersburg, but open to nearby areas.
• Basic amenities required: electricity, internet, bathroom and kitchen access, parking.
• Looking to move in between 4/21 and 5/21.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

• Spend a lot of time in my room, making art, gaming, or watching movies.
• Happy to be an invisible roommate or a friend to hang out with.
• Bringing minimal furniture: collapsible tables and storage containers.
• Have a Keurig and an air fryer, but no other major appliances.
• Bonus if you speak Japanese or ASL; I’m learning both!
