Hello! I’m Estay and i’m an incredibly clean, organized, considerate, and friendly person who has 3+ years of renting experience. I have lived both by myself and with up to 3 other roommates in my time renting apartments, so I know all about the responsibilities that come with living by myself and with others! I am happy to accommodate when necessary and am great at communication. I’m also a full-time student and work a part-time job so i’m really only home to sleep and relax after my busy days, however I would def enjoy some fun roommate hangouts and conversations every once in a while!! I do own a cat but she is very sweet, quiet, shy, and litter-box trained. If this sounds like an ideal roommate to you, please contact me! I’m hoping to find and move into a 2-bedroom apartment located within the New Haven area by the ending of May 2024, with a max rent of $1800/month, or $900/month each when the rent is split. :)
