Hey im rob or juju im looking for a room or others to team up to rent a place together if that doesnt work out im trying to find something close in range from 47th Ave And florin road in the woodbine sacramento neighborhood i just want to stay close to my family but other locations could work or be worth it i cook clean up after myself or even others i make sure every living space is well kept clean i do remodeling from anything that needs a fix or update i like a house maintained well even for the owner without asking me i go out on the weekends to hikes swimming or clubs or events or travel or car shows i even do music along with bands in citrus heights i make the most out of my weekends because i work two jobs i do a bmw program schooling to study to be a certified level tech in a couple more years to as be a level 1 master technician in the mean time my work hours are 1st job 6am to 2:30pm building medical devices everything you can think of that belongs in hospitals i get paid weekly for this job 2nd job is Integrity Maintenance Solutions from 11pm to 4:30 am i go to multiple locations of business like walmart sams club cost co target to clean and get stores ready for the next day really easy job gor bi weekly just extra money on the side i then get off and relax or sleep until 530 from 230 pm to 11 pm i relax go to the gym or go for runs or head to my body shop to work on my cars as a side project its my passion if im not at my shop i am at my family’s house studying for school or with friends hanging out i dont eat meat for 2 years also no soda ive only consume water and organic foods i shop at traders joes nugget market or sprouts everybody tells me i look young for my age im very big on letting others to being healthy i dont have any pets im single and would like a place to rent or team up to find one as soon as possibly thanks
