Hey y’all I’m Seth I’m 20 (21 by the time I move out) and I’m looking for a room/someone to go in on a place together. I’d like to be no more that 20 minutes to downtown as I work as a bartender downtown. I tend to keep to myself but would ideally become friends with my roommate. I’m LGBTQ and have a 35lb dog. My dog is very well trained, never barks and has never damaged any property or personal items of mine, he’s a real good boy. My budget is 600-800 per month, but the cheaper the better.
