Full time student pursing psychology. 4.0 GPA, I’m not working due to school however, I have variefied financial-aid income & verifiable disability income. I have a good amount of savings for extra expenses, (occasionally house sit, & don’t count that as income since it’s not consistent) I don’t drink, don’t use THC (I used to use thc, but quit for better mental/physical health) no nicotine (I dont mind being around alcohol/thc but I don’t partake), No drugs, can pass background check, big on healthy communication & ways of thinking(: I’d prefer long term lease but would be open to medium/short term as well. Some of my hobbies I currently do for fun would be knitting, reading, TV, cooking, baking, painting, & working out.
