I’m a good communicator and easy to get along with. Positive and good energy. I don’t have a dog personally, but my daughter is in nursing school and I watch him probably an average of 2-3 days per week. He’s a 2 year old cute (but not annoying) small dog that’s fun to have around. My credit score was 750 and I have lived in the Marina City Club for 10 years paying $5500 per month for a 3 bedroom, however both kids moved out and my business took a big dip during and after the pandemic and I’m rebuilding. My credit score dropped recently because of very difficult business situation that I can explain in more detail. My gross income has averaged 15k over the last 6 months as I can show you my bank statements. Also, I have beautiful Hawaiian style furniture that I can bring as well if you have a home or condo that needs it, otherwise I’m going to sell or store.
