I write lectures and ancillary print pieces for doctors to present to other doctors at major medical conferences. I have to observe the lectures, so I occasionally travel a lot (usually Spring and Fall). Going through a divorce, so I need a place to crash until the money is settled and the papers are signed. This may be 1-2 years, but I prefer month-to-month situations or 3-month leases. After that, I have to find a 2-bedroom apartment that can house my kids, or at least a studio so the kids can come visit. I can also cook on request, which saves everyone money, given the high cost of food lately.
