Work remotely and travel 70% of the time. Very clean and would love to find somebody to lease an apartment with who has similar values, hours, and wants an stress-free living environment. I’ve had a really bad roommate experience which has me hesitant- but it doesn’t make sense for me to live alone. Cleanliness, communication and mutual respect are of utmost importance! Not cool with a party atmosphere and definitely love my privacy, but would love to be able to get along with and hang out or go out with. I enjoy outdoor festivals, working out, performing arts and crafts. Mostly looking to rent an apartment with high value amenities in a safe but walkable neighborhood due to work, and hoping to split bills based on days I’m in town (not necessarily in half- because I’m gone a lot!) Must be trustworthy and accountable, especially with pets, and respectful of one another.
