As a mature adult I bring a stable persona to any group, based on my knowledge & experience. I would prefer mature roommates as I prefer to interact with people rather than my phone. I’m an excellent listener & communicator hence my previous career as a teacher. I’m a reserved person, but not anti-social, it’s simply that I prefer to relax with music & books as I[m an avid reader. I’m tidy & prefer similar roommates. I believe in team work, therefore I expect to share housekeeping duties with others e.g.., cleaning the common areas, taking out the garbage, keeping an eye on maintenance issues.
I’m tolerant of pets provided they’re well-trained & cared for. Nothing upsets me more than neglected animals. Unlike so many, I’m dependable as my word is my bond, therefore anyone dealing with me will know exactly what to expect when I speak.
