hi, my name is dani. i’m a 24 year old female who recently graduated and is now working in malibu. i’m looking for a roommate on the westside (preferably female) where I could rent and have my own room. I also have with me a dog named bugsy who is a pit mix. he’s super loving and laid back. he’s also a documented ESA. i’m looking to move ASAP. I need to be on the westside area as I work in malibu. im a homebody by nature but most of the time i’m at work for half of the day.
roommate qualities i’m looking for: healthy communication skills respectful not messy able to help out feeding my dog/taking him out to pee while i’m at work
apartment needs: own bedroom dog friendly (no cats) able to keep some things in shared common area laundry (preferably in unit) parking or easy street parking first floor (my dog has arthritis)
I work in Malibu tue,wed, sat, sun 3-11pm and fri 7am-3pm.
