I’m a first time renter from LA, and I am a student at UCSD! I have lived with roommates for two years now, and I have certainly learned a lot on the way. I make sure to communicate with roommates/neighbors and I like it to be reciprocated. I take care of my environment and I make sure to organize, I especially appreciate when it’s done in return. I try to be respectful of others’ space and belongings, especially when it’s someone else’s home. I am also practical and I never hesitate to point out when something needs fixing.
