Hello! I’m looking for a roommate to rent a house with starting in June. My longtime best friend decided to move away, so I’m looking for an arrangement I can afford but that doesn’t force me back into a small apartment. My office is in Oakton/Fairfax, and my lease ends at the end of June. I’m in the office most days. Looking for an easy going roomie like myself :) I like to play basketball, game, write music, and read. Would love to find a single family home with a commute under 30 minutes, and I’m looking to pay at most ~$1700.
