I am friendly, quiet person. I also respect other people privacy and would expect same from other roommate’s. Looking for a long term place to live. Would appreciate a one month trial period, to see if we are compatible. I very honest person who always pays rent and bills on time. I am living in a nice en-suite or mother-law suite on ground floor of a 5 bed house. I have been here over 5 years with very nice landlord’s. Unfortunately they are going to sell their home. Look for unfurnished ground floor en- suit or large bedroom. Would prefer my own bathroom. Air-conditioned and laundry would be ideal. WiFi and utilities included would be nice.
