Would you like a roommate who is very responsible, educated, respectful, fairly neat & organized, easygoing, a non-smoker, and quiet. I am background and ID checked.

I have house shared with other renters the past several years. It would be nice to have a kitchen & dining area that allows for some fresh air exchanges.

As many of us know, home & apartment shares are the norm now. I am open to teamups, sooner versus later.

I am covid cautious, so I would appreciate at least a little awareness, care, and consideration on your part. I am just trying to remain healthy.

A private 3/4 bath, full bath, or ensuite are on my wish list.

As Summer is here, I prefer an indoor temperature of 76-79° F. And it is really a plus to have a North (or East) facing room. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
