I’m looking for someone to share a nice house, apt, or condo with, preferably with a water view and no stairs. I am a business owner (contractor) but winding down to retirement in a couple years. When I work, it’s usually very long hours in my home office. When I’m not, I like to explore my area, socialize and meet new people, walk the dog, and have happy hour every night. I love music - jazz, rock, country, bossa nova, and more. I am a grandmother and have 3 grandchildren on this island I like to share my life with (as well as my daughter and SIL). She says I’m very clean and particular. I’ve had a maid most of my life because I don’t like cleaning but will do it in order to have a tidy and visually clean house. I’m a great cook when I have time and do prepare most of my own meals every day. I think my most compatible roommate would be a woman of mature age and similar taste, but am open to a mature male.
