Relaxed, friendly, respectful professional. I do remote work, but am out for a lot of afternoons/evenings as well for hobbies. Won’t usually have people over, or at least a lot of people. More than open to direct conversations about anything that comes up during the course of sharing a place. Do meal prep once a week for lunch and dinner, so aside from breakfast, no real competition for kitchen time/space.
