Hi! I’m looking to rent a room on a month-to-month basis. Would love to be close to a RTD light rail station but also open to places close-ish to downtown. I am diligent and responsible young lady who prioritizes cleanliness, possesses a relaxed demeanor, communicates efficiently, and avoids smoking or owning any pets.
