Hello! Trying to make this easy to read, I created a few lists..! =)

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR:

1. Overnight temps around 65F (even a mini AC unit for myself would help, mostly for overnight). During the day I would be ok up to around 75F, after that I might start having issues.
2. Shaded/garaged parking, if possible. I would like to keep my car in good working order, and sitting under scorching UV rays all day isn’t good. Even a few trees would do!
3. Reliable internet, since I work from home
4. Since I routinely go to the gym, I shower there too. I’ve been doing this 2+ years, so it’s not a big deal to me. If this helps lower water costs, I hope it helps!
5. Might need help with understanding the tornado drill, since I’m not from a part of the county that deals with that often.

WHAT I CAN PROVIDE:

1. Screen-share of my 700+ credit score through Credit Karma (doing it this way keeps my credit from continual hits through moving. It’s also the most accurate!)
2. A minimal footprint of my belongings being moved in (just my mattress and clothes). I don’t like a bunch of stuff, so my room would just have that!
3. Pet-sitting to homeowners at a discounted rate (or negotiated rent following month) for pets. Feel free to check out my Rover profile
4. House cleaning/house work. (or need to downsize/declutter?) I LOVE decluttering, so if you have any downsizing projects you need help with, I’m in!
5. If you’re looking for a new job or want career consulting, I do resume writing/career consulting. If you need the help, I’m more than happy! Lots of experience with this!
6. If you want help with finances (mostly, investing), I can try to help. I’m not an expert, but I do self-educate on this, and would be happy to knowledge-share
7. An in-home tech savvy guru! I can’t solve everything on a computer, but I’m confident I can solve most issues. It’d be like living with tech support! if any of the above benefits would help with a negotiated rent payment, that would also be appreciated. I’d try to ensure that my existence would be worthwhile to you!

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:

1. I do not have a large social media footprint (this is intentional). You are welcome to research, but be aware that I do not have more than just Facebook and Instagram. I use my Facebook like an e-mail, and my Instagram for my photography. if you want to check it out!
2. I believe that my home is my safe space where I live and work. I do not invite people to my home, and especially would not to yours
3. Since I do work from home, part of my job requires being on calls. I have a headset that I use. If not on calls, I’m usually just typing. There may be times I’d work elsewhere, but likely not often.
