Hello, my name is Frank,, I am 48 I moved to Knoxville in June 2023 from Madison WI where I moved to from Southern California in 2020 my older daughters graduated high school 2020 and 2022. I moved down here with my ex fiancee of 10 years and our 2 kids (girl 16 boy 15) they go to Bearden high School. We sperated months after moving here no drama. Our kids live with her but they do visit me often and my daughter stays with me from time to time when I take her to medical appointments. I work at Trader Joe’s since moved here. I moved in with a friend and ex-coworker who had just purchased his home. However he started a relationship with another friend who is now a supervisor and she can’t move in unless I move out due to company rules. I’m hoping for something close by work and my kids high school. I don’t have much furniture,( current place was furnished as he bought an Airbnb) yet. I have a vehicle so a place to park would be great but street parking is fine with me. I wanted to find a place first before I get furniture. I am very open to answer any questions you would like to know and ask. My hours are 2-10pm at work I do smoke tobacco but I’m very strict about others space and taking care of my cigarette trash. I’d like to have my kids come by as they can but that’s up to any roommate(s) I may share location with . Also I’m very open to share my discount from Trader Joe’s if you would like to shop at my location.
