I’m a 45 year old, black American female. No kids and work full time; third shift. I suffer from severe anxiety and social phobia. I keep to myself and enjoy staying at home, when I’m not at work. I like to keep my living space clean and tidy. I’m respectful of others and their property. I’m seeking a single room mate and my own bathroom, would be great. Seeking a rental lease of 12 - 24 months. I’m not interested in short term leases, cannabis smokers, pets in the common areas, party animals, excessive drinkers, loud/aggressive/nasty room mates, or people who don’t pay on time. I would prefer someone who is 40+ and stable. Although, I will consider someone 30+, as long as they are responsible. No girlfriend/boyfriend drama at the residence.
