Hi! My friend and I are looking for 1-2 people to rent a 3–4-bedroom house. Our ideal budget is $800 or less. We are currently looking in Tempe, Chandler, South Phoenix, West Mesa areas. We would prefer no fur babies due to allergies, though may be open to a dog depending on the breed. Looking to move between May 1 and mid-June.

About me, I’m an engineer in my mid-twenties who works from home. I’m a certified massage therapist/reiki practitioner and do sessions in the evenings/weekends in town. I enjoy exploring, traveling, cooking, alternative medicine (energy healing, yoga, Pilates, meditation, etc.), work out, and board games. Since I WFH, I tend to spend my evenings and weekends going out and doing things.

I am a clean, organized person in common areas. I tend to clean the kitchen/do chores during my work day. I would like to build a home where respect and kindness exist. I believe that communication is key.
