Hello, my name is Alexander, Alex, Xander, Mr. Donut, or “Hey you”, whichever you’d prefer. I am looking for immediate opportunities to begin renting that are understanding of a limited income history for the past year, as I spent it in a very bad situation. I don’t drink, and my only vice is smoking hookah (tobacco) which I can easily do at a lounge away from my place of residence. I’m a roommate that keeps to myself, plays dungeons and dragons with friends, and works afternoons and evenings as a dasher or at other times as a flagger when such work is available, presently, but am looking for something with a more consistently guaranteed schedule. I can comfortably make up to $1,200 of total payments towards living arrangements if necessary, which is why I listed 1,000 to account for prospective bills, utilities, or other expenses of an apartment or home.

Also, I used to work as a cook in a high end restaurant. If my roommates tell me what they want for food, there is a 95% chance that I can make it, and make it well! I enjoy cooking for people, especially those I live with or that I am good friends with, and would love to share this talent with whomsoever I rent with or from.
