I’m ideally looking in North Jersey area. I would like to move into a house or townhouse but I am also open to an apartment as well. I am a clean and considerate person. I believe that respect and communication is most important in a roommate situation. I would love to be friends with my roommate(s). I am only looking for female roommates in their 20s-early 30s. I like to go out but I appreciate a restorative home environment. I don’t smoke. I prefer non-smoker roommates or at least roommates who only smoke outside. I have mold and mildew allergies so I am mostly looking for structures built in the last 10-15years
