Hello, I am a Military Veteran who has a solid income & looking for an all Bills paid situation so I can save up a decent amount of capital for my 1st Quadplex within 2 years. Looking for someone who matches my clean ways & go getter mentality of sharing bills to benefit both of us to move on to bigger & better things in the near future. I like to pick a day in the week (Usually Sunday) & clean the house. I DO NOT smoke anything or have I ever done a drug in my life, No Felonies & have about a “738” Fico Credit Score at the moment ( it slightly differs depending on the site) CapitolOne shows my score at a 714 🤷🏽‍♂️ lol. I believe in having Honor & Respect which is very important to me. Easy to compromise with and easy to speak to as well.
