Looking to rent a room from someone or be a roommate with someone in the rankin county/hinds county area basically anywhere within a half hour from my job. Im an easy going straight edge (I do use cbd but can respect if you rather I don’t) college educated guy, I respect everyone regardless of differences and I like to take walks, listen to music and play video games, I don’t have any real friends in the area, don’t go out much (not opposed to it!) and am in general introverted outside of work so if guests are a no go that is not a worry with me. I don’t drink but don’t mind if you do, same with smoking. My parents already charge me rent around 150 a week plus a third of utilities and I do all my own groceries chores etc, as well as experience living on my own without ever breaking a lease, or eviction. I’ve lived independently in studio apartments or dorms with common areas so I don’t need much space and I know how to share a living space with others.

My ready to move in date is just a place holder as I’ll have to move when my parents sell the house it isn’t on the market yet even but it’s something that is supposedly coming soon. I am definitely interested in moving out before this happens too as I already pay rent to my parents… with all the negatives of living with your parents at 26 as you can imagine lol. So yeah! Lastly I work about full time hours and bring in nearly 2k after tax a month with minimal personal bills, I have experience in banking and working at Kroger as a current means to an end, but could very well look for more lucrative work after I move out and either purchase or finance a car (don’t have a car at the moment simply because I don’t need one and like to keep my expenses/spending low)

Lastly I’m down to work with someone to get approved on a 2 bed apartment together and split expenses 50/50
