I am a single mother with a 17 year old daughter new to the area from Minnesota looking for an affordable shared space for the two of us and our 2 cats not picky as far as having seperate rooms or living spaces go just need something close to my job and affordable i work 40 hours a week my daughter weeks a lot too we are pretty quiet mostly my daughter can talk and sing loudly sometimes as she is partially deaf we are clean we dont have visitors and we are responsible and respectful very easy to get along with and friendly we have no problem with leeping our cats confined to our space theyre both fully litter trained spayed and vaccinated one of them is a very sweet and friendly petite kitty and the other one is a big girl a bit older and a little grumpy but harmless we love her personality. We have no problem with buying our own food and sharing house work of course. We really love watching tv not too exciting. Just need a place to get familiar with the area and stay close to my job for a while.
