I’m in no rush right now, but I would like to find another person to rent with to share in cost for a more affordable living situation in a nice area, preferably in or around the 87113. I currently live in 87114 area. A nice place for myself may be $1400 whereas one with 2 bed 2 bath may only be $1800. I do my own thing and fine with keeping to myself or being social. However, it’s important you’re able to communicate problems but also are responsible, considerate and clean so we can live peacefully together. We’ll need to get to know each other to see if we’ll be a good fit.

If not that then I would still be open to rent a room in house with better accommodations like private bath and driveway or garage parking.

I’m quiet; I tend to keep to myself, but I’m very communicative and respectful. I’m extremely helpful and will do my fair share of the chores. I like to keep my area tidy and always clean up after myself. I have no pets (or kids) but get along well with all animals, having had my own pet, volunteering at a rescue, and fostering animals in the past. I’m very responsible, with strong integrity and moral principles. I don’t smoke or do any drugs, and I rarely drink. I have a full-time job and am pretty active. I do not spend a lot of time at home besides cooking and sleeping on most days. I have exceptional credit (800+), no criminal history or evictions. I am debt free and everything I own is paid off. I’m very financially responsible and prefer saving what I can so I don’t mind roommates to share cost.
